About Chronic Pain Canada

Chronic Pain Canada is an independent reference site. It organises public chronic pain clinical trial records from ClinicalTrials.gov by Canadian province, city and condition, and shows excerpts from US FDA drug labels published through openFDA.

What we do

  • Summarise registry records as they are published, with a link to the official record on every trial page.
  • Quote drug-label text with a visible source line, and link to the full label on DailyMed.
  • Publish neutral, sourced guides about how chronic pain care, research and benefits work in Canada.

What we do not do

  • We do not give medical advice, recommend treatments or suggest doses.
  • We do not list or rate clinics or clinicians.
  • We do not report trial results or draw conclusions about safety or effectiveness.

Who runs the site

The site is maintained by a small editorial team. It is not run by, or affiliated with, any government agency, health authority, registry, regulator or patient association, including NACPAC, the Chronic Pain Association of Canada, Pain Canada, Pain BC, the Canadian Pain Society, Health Canada, NIH, NLM, ClinicalTrials.gov or the US FDA. Content is not reviewed by a physician.
